Delivery Information

We pride ourselves on our ability to get goods to our UK mainland customers on a next business day service 99% of the time, subject to availability. Free UK mainland* delivery is provided on all orders. 

Our cut off times for the next business day delivery is from Monday-Friday 12.45pm. Please note this does not include large parcels of 5ft in length and over, these are dispatched on a 48hr working day service. 

In this instance, the definition 'Free UK mainland delivery' excludes offering free delivery and next working day delivery to the following locations: Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands (in this instance, the Scottish Highlands is defined as postcodes beginning with: HS, IV, KA2, KW, PA19 and above, PH15 and above, ZE), Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Delivery costs and times do vary to these locations, at the checkout stage, upon entering your full address, the shipping fees will be calculated and shown to you prior to placing the order. 

We want you to receive your goods on a timely basis and in pristine condition. Please help us accomplish this by checking the delivery address carefully as noted on the attached invoice and notifying us immediately if there is an error. Upon delivery, please do not sign for the goods unless you are happy with the condition of the product.

Deliveries will occur between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm and will require a signature upon receipt. Whilst 99% of orders being shipping within mainland UK arrive on the next working day, this cannot be guaranteed. So, if you do need the item urgently please contact us at hello@therampfactory.co.uk so that we can best advise you. Your satisfaction with The Ramp People's product and service is our paramount concern.

Please note, if your item is due to be sent on a pallet the cut off time for next working day delivery may be reduced from 12:45pm to midday, please contact our office for confirmation. If your order is on a pallet, please insure that someone is able to accept the delivery as re-delivery may incur additional cost.

If you have purchased a loading ramp, prior to use please make sure to check the maximum load height as stated on the invoice, read the safety instructions on the side of the ramp closely, and follow the instructions supplied with the product.  Failure to comply with product instructions will invalidate your warranty and could cause accident, injury or death so please take this seriously.

Please also refer to the availability stated in the products. For non stock items or special builds we cannot give an exact delivery time - with all deliveries we will keep you updated wherever possible and get these items to you as quickly as possible. 

Deliveries Throughout December 2024 

Please note delays can occur during December as the couriers are at their busiest in the lead-up to Christmas. Where possible we recommend ordering in advance during this period to allow for any delays. 

The last day for Parcel Force collections from our warehouse will be on Wednesday 20th December for items on a 48 hour service, Thursday 21st December for items sent on a 24 hour service. 

The cut-off time for dispatch inbetween Christmas and New Year may be earlier than usual on some days. 

Please note any items which are sent on pallets which are ordered between Christmas and New Year will not be dispatched until the 2nd January.
