Introducing Our New High-Performance Outrigger Pads

At The Ramp Factory, we are excited to announce the launch of our new range of Outrigger Pads. Engineered for maximum durability and load distribution, these pads are designed to provide a rock-solid foundation on even the softest or most uneven terrain.

Across the construction, landscaping and utilities sectors, outrigger pads are essential for ensuring site safety when heavy machinery is in use.

Heavy machinery often includes stabilers, or outriggers, to support the machine. The outriggers are design to prevent the machine from tilting during use.

It is important outrigger pads are used to support the stabiliser to evenly spread the weight. Without doing this the machine can tilt or sink into the ground, resulting in costly damage to the machine and the ground beneath and a risk to those around. 

Our new outrigger pads act as a crucial buffer, spreading the weight of your machinery over a larger surface area. This significantly reduces ground pressure and protects both your equipment and the surface below (such as tarmac, concrete or soil). 

• Available in a selection of four sizes with capacities up to 25,000kg, ideal for light-duty and heavy-duty requirements 
• High-destiny construction - the pads are manufactured from recycled or virgin Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethene (UHMW-PE)
• Portable design to allow the stabiliser pads to easily be lifted and moved when needed, all are provided with a carry handle and are stackable for easy storage 
• Designed for use in all weathers and commercial environments, the pads are resistant to water, oils, and chemicals
