Step 1: Initial Contact

Step 2: Required Information

When contacting The Ramp Factory, we will inform you of the information we require in order to provide you with a customized quote. Measurements such as dimensions, door type, and other specifics should be included.

Step 3: Dimensions and Photos

As a next step, please provide us with the dimensions of the area where the ramp will be installed, as well as ideally, pictures of that area. This helps us understand the available space and the orientation of the ramp. The wheelchair user should be provided with a resting spot every 6 meters as well as a platform for stability.

Step 5: Order

As soon as the offer has been discussed, you can place your order directly with us. You will receive an invoice. If you provide us with the name and condition of the person for whom you are ordering this ramp, we will not charge VAT.

Step 6: Delivery and installation

The modular wheelchair ramp is delivered unassembled on pallets to the kerbside. You are responsible for the assembly, which we recommend should be carried out by at least two people due to the weight of some components.
