All of our speed bumps/road humps come with a complimentary drill bit and all the fixings you will need. As per the Highways Regulations (Road Humps) 1999, the UK's road humps adhere to very clear safety regulations, ensuring the safety of drivers, pedestrians and our roads. Speed Bump Signs/Road Hump Signs

The Ramp Factory's warning signs are CE-marked and compliant, conforming to rigorous European Standards Organisation standards. The sign facings are made from engineer grade prismatic reflective sheeting which meets BS EN 12899-1:2007 Class RA1 requirements. This sheeting material offers high colour contrast for improved visibility and durability. A caution road hump, or speed bump, sign is essential in any area utilizing speed bumps as a traffic calming measure.

Flow Plates

The purpose of The Ramp Factory's traffic flow plates is to facilitate one-way traffic management and improve road safety. Their use encourages the flow of one-way traffic and includes heavy-duty options, making them ideal for industrial estates, parking lots, business facilities, and other locations. Additionally, The Ramp Factory's plates are easy to install and can be set up quickly. Flow plates are particuarly useful in private car parks and when used in conjunction with other safety equipment such as speed bumps and safety signs. The Ramp Factory offer three types of flow plates which include small, large, and directional.

Small Traffic Flow Plate

An ideal solution for controlling the traffic flow of cars and light commercial vehicles is The Ramp Factory small flow plate, with a capacity of 10,000kg. This traffic sign is intended for speeds of up to 5 miles per hour to direct traffic in one direction. The plate is supplied with fixings to allow easy bolting into concrete and/or asphalt. The plate should not be used in areas with pedestrian traffic and should be used in conjunction with speed bumps or other traffic calming products.

Large Traffic Flow Plate

The Ramp Factory heavy-duty flow plate offers a capacity of 30,000kg. This traffic sign is intended for speeds of up to 5 miles per hour to direct traffic in one direction. The plate is supplied with fixings to allow easy bolting into concrete and/or asphalt. The plate should not be used in areas with pedestrian traffic and should be used in conjunction with speed bumps or other traffic calming products.

Directional Traffic Flow Plate

Designed to encourage vehicles to travel in the required direction, The Ramp Factory's directional flow plate/tyre killer ramp is suitable for all vehicles, including heavy duty trucks and offers a capacity of 15,000kg. The ramp plate is composed of five 20 mm thick 'teeth' and includes highly reflective red cats eyes in order to ensure visibility in all weather conditions. The plate should not be used in areas with pedestrian traffic and should be used in conjunction with speed bumps or other traffic calming products.

Plastic Cable Tidies/Floor Cable Cover

Protect cables from pedestrian traffic and light vehicles. The Ramp Factory's range of lightweight floor cable covers are interlocking to allow you to cover any cable length. With rubber and plastic solutions, the floor cable covers can be used indoors and outdoors to protect cables in the office, on pavements and on driveways. Our rangle includes 20mm, 30mm, and 35mm heights, 1 or 2 channels, and capacities from 1500kg to 5000kg.

The Ramp Factory’s cable protectors are available in both single and double-channel models, allowing them to be used in both home and commercial settings. Wheeled Expandable Safety Barrier (39cm - 3.85m)
