2023 in Review - The Ramp Factory

2023 was a busy year for The Ramp Factory! From moving to a larger warehouse to launching new products, we have been hard at work to continue providing you with ramp solutions for all your needs! Below we have captured some of our best moments!

New Warehouse

After outgrowing our warehouse in Esher, Surrey, we moved to a new warehouse in leafy Church Crookham, Fleet in the summer.

Additions To The Team

Three new team members were added in 2023, who have proven to be a great asset to The Ramp Factory. Our customer service team has been expanded by Jem and Megan, while our warehouse team has been strengthened by Brian. Jem and Megan have been instrumental in providing excellent customer service, while Brian's experience in warehousing has enabled us to streamline our operations and increase efficiency. All three new team members have been instrumental in helping The Ramp Factory reach new heights.

New Products

In 2023, we introduced a new line of wheelchair ramps, including the non-slip portable wheelchair ramp and the RollAble ramps. The Ramp Factory's range of cable protectors has been extended with our modular hose bridge ramps and black cable protectors for outdoor use.

Additionally, we have expanded our pet ramp range by offering lightweight folding dog ramps, dog steps for cars, and wooden dog ramps that can be adjusted to fit beds and sofas. Naturally, we enjoyed managing the photo and video shoots for this product range, as well as meeting several lovely dogs!

Existing Product Range Expansions

There is no doubt that The Ramp Factory's wheelchair ramp with handrails is a very popular access ramp solution. We expanded the range in 2023 by offering four foot, five foot, and ten foot options. Installation is quick and easy, and the ramps can be left in situ.

Increasing Products On Amazon Prime

We understand many customers value Amazon Prime, throughout 2023 we have increased the number of products we offer through Amazon Prime, all are available to view on our Amazon store. Our range of ramps on Amazon Prime including many of our motorbike ramps, rubber threshold ramps and folding wheelchair ramps.

'Excellent' on TrustPilot for another year running!

In 2023 we received over 1,000 5* reviews on TrustPilot (inclusive of service and product reviews)! Our eBay store also received 800 positive ratings (99.6% positive feedback).

We also passed our annual ISO 9001 audit for our quality management system and received our Trading Standards Approved certificate.
