Can the walking sticks be purchased VAT exempt?
Yes, when you add the item to your basket our VAT exempt box will show. If you are eligible for VAT relief please enter your details and the VAT will be removed from your purchase.
What is the ideal height of a walking stick?
To find the right height for your walking stick, measure from the ground to your wrist joint. If you plan to use the walking stick outside, we recommend measuring the height when you are wearing your shoes.
Which walking stick type is best for my needs?
If you are unsure we suggest speaking to your doctor, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to discuss the most suitable walking stick based on your condition.
How often do the rubber ends on the HurryCane 2 walking stick require replacing?
The HurryCane 2 Comfort has 3 tips on the base of the walking stick. In general, these require replacing every 6 months; however it does depend on use. We hold replacement ends in stock for immediate dispatch. The rubber feet can be removed using a Phillips screwdriver.
How easy is it to adjust the height of the HurryCane walking cane?
The stick is quick and easy to adjust to a selection of 8 heights. Simply press the metal button and slide the stick up or down to your preferred height. Let the metal button lock into the closest hole to secure the stick in place ready for use.
